  • Does the language school have the right to postpone the start date of the course?

Yes, the language school reserves the right to postpone the start and end date of the course by 1-2 weeks for technical reasons.

  • What happens if the course doesn't have enough students?

The language school reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum course capacity (minimum 3 people) is not reached. In this case, the student will be offered an alternative solution or a refund of the course fee.

  • How can I pay for the course?

The course fee can be paid by card or cash in the office, online by card or by bank transfer.

  • Can I try a course before paying for it?

New students have the right to attend the first lesson for free and decide whether to continue the course. If you decide to continue, the first lesson is included in the full tuition fee.

  • Is it possible to cancel the course?

You can cancel the course before the third lesson begins, provided it's after the start of the course. Please inform the language school via email, telephone, or in person. If you cancel under these conditions, the course cost will be refunded, excluding fees for classes already attended. However, if the cancellation occurs after the start of the third lesson, the course fee will not be refunded.

  • What happens if I miss a class?​

f you miss a class, you will have the option to attend a Speaking Club session instead. For children, an alternative session with another group of children will be arranged.

If you missed an individual or tandem session without prior notice or cancellation at least 24 hours before its start, the lesson is considered taught and the cost is non-refundable.

  • What happens if I am unable to attend the course due to illness?

If you are unable to attend the course due to a medical condition lasting more than 6 weeks, you have the right to interrupt the course and transfer the corresponding part of the course fee to the next semester. To exercise this option, please provide appropriate documentation from a doctor as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks after the course interruption.
